A team of former FillFactory founders and senior staff have formed CMOS image sensor company, Cmosis NV.
Valor Computerized Systems Ltd. (Yavne, Israel), an Israeli EDA company which sells software to support systems and PCB design and to manage manufacturing flows, has filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission advising of a proposed public offering of ordinary shares in the company.
Nokia announced plans to discontinue its mobile devices production and related activities in Bochum, Germany. The company claims the location is not cost effective and plans to move the respective activities to other European sites.
